Marketing Account Manager
Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management inquiries, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Execute contract negotiations and secure agreements to optimize revenue streams.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Oversee the timely and successful delivery of solutions, aligning with client objectives.
- Provide clear and regular communication of project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client portfolios and devise strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within assigned territories.
- Address challenging client requests and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or related roles, such as Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Track record of delivering client-centric solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
